Founded by directors Kellerman Lubbe and Oelof Stander, L&S Attorneys was established on the 1st of July 2024 in Pretoria. The directors practised for their own account and have gained valuable experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, Insurance Law, Property Law as well as Civil Litigation (High Court and Magistrate’s Court).

MANAGING DIRECTOR – KELLERMAN LUBBE
Kellerman obtained his BA Law and LLB Degree from the North West University (Potchefstroom Campus). After completing his studies, he moved to Pretoria where he completed his articles at a small firm based in Hatfield. He was admitted as an Attorney in 2021 and started his own practice focusing on Insurance Law, Civil Litigation, and Debt Collection. He and Oelof Stander later decided to bring their firms together and form L&S Attorneys.
DIRECTOR – OELOF STANDER
Oelof obtained his B.Com Law Degree with a major in Economics in 2015 and his LLB degree in 2017 from the North-West University, Potchefstroom. He commenced his articles with Bouwer & Olivier Inc. in 2018 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in March 2020. After gaining extensive experience in various fields, Oelof opened his own practice at the end of 2022 and ventured into the property game. In 2024, Oelof and Kellerman decided to merge their firms to form L&S Attorneys.
